How to vote!
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
A Ratification Vote shall be held in accordance with the Montreal Lake Cree Nation Community Ratification Process in order to determine if Eligible Voters approve the Montreal Lake Cree Land Code and the Individual Agreement. The Land Code and Individual Agreement shall be approved if a majority of the participating Eligible Voters vote to approve them.
The following question will be asked of the Eligible Voters of Montreal Lake Cree Nation by ballot:
"Do you approve:

The Montreal Lake Cree Nation Land Code dated September 22, 2025; and
-
The Individual Agreement with His Majesty the King in Right of Canada?"
The Official Voting Day for the Ratification Vote
(January 23, 2026) has been postponed to
January 30, 2026
from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
